Responsible for managing all aspects of the project delivery phase from BCM
(Bid Clarification Meeting) / KOM (Kick-off Meeting) to FAT & Delivery of a
specific project package - this will include cost control, fabrication,
assembly & test, documentation submissions, variation to work scope
identification, among other activities defined as part of the project
execution plan.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for the technical integrity of assigned Packages in line with Project requirements, up to and including mechanical completion and delivery.
* Contribute to efficient project execution to the right quality, cost and time.
* Comply with company values, policies and procedures.
* Invoicing and ensuring payment on a timely manner
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering;
Previous experience in Project Engineering/Management with the oil & gas
industry, solids control and mud chillers/coolers.
Knowledge of international Oil & Gas standards;
Strong technical understanding and experience with engineering and project
execution methods;
Commercial awareness;
Strong Contract negotiation skills with excellent knowledge of contract Terms
& Conditions;
Ability to read and understand technical documentation;
Ability to recognize change of scope and present to a client a strong and
concise claim document;
Strong commercial knowledge of payment terms including LOC's, Payment Bonds,
LD's etc;
General understanding of supply chain methods;
Understanding of Company Quality Assurance procedures;
Understanding of Risk Assessment principles;
Computer skills;
Software Engineering;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Portuguese;
Negotiation Skills;
