Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for a finance intern to join our offices in
Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting Wood's Finance Manager and Finance Leads
* Assist with reconciliations
* Provide support in preparing Month-End financial accruals
* Provide support in planning for facility supplies demand
* Support creation and management of financial reports to support the business
* Support ad-hoc analysis for the distribution center, examples include labor hour planning and outbound freight analysis
* Day-to-day support of our accounts payable process
* Day-to-day support of cost tracking and management
* Maintain and manage the record retention and archiving program for company products and source code
Skills / Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in finance
* Ability to work on a full-time basis for the entire duration of the internship
* Must be detail-oriented and understand written and verbal instructions
* Must have excellent organizational and follow through skills
* Must be self-motivated and able to take initiative
* Must be able to manage workload and successfully see projects/tasks through to completion
* Willingness to bring value and new ideas in all the activities
* Excellent communication, math, and Microsoft Office preferred
