1. Analyze the accident statistics and propose improvement actions to KG
management
2. Assists the QHSE Manager and Branch to implement a safe behavior
management process, encouraging employees' involvement in QHSE, to provide
Schindler employees with a safe and healthy working environment
3. Assists branch to prepare & Conduct training for TBT on a regular basis.
4. Report & Investigates incidents and root causes analyses, and reports to
HSE manager.
5. Collects and analyzes incident statistics for reporting in Safety
reporting System (SRS) to evaluate the effectiveness of HSE processes.
6. Conducts site HSE inspections and observations (SW, OTO, UE Reporting,
NGFE) in conjunction with Branch, according to Schindler Requirement.
7. Escalates relevant issues to the HSE manager, if necessary.
8. Represents Schindler in local contacts with legal agencies / insurance
companies when required
9. Lead & Organize Branch HSE committee meetings on a monthly basis.
10. Conducts and documents HSE Risk Assessments.
