Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to work on the
engineering and project management services in Al-Khobar office
* Provide support in processing and updating Contract Requisition & Supplement, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Contract Amendments, Services Bid Slates, Contract Release Purchase Order and Service Entry Sheets for Lump Sum Contracts
* Assist in processing the Work Element Releases (WERs), Short Form Contract and Contract Amendments
* Assist during bidding phase in coordinating bidder's queries and response with the project technical team
* Assist the cost engineer in generating company estimates for change orders and amendments
* Monitor and update the Change Order Log in order to include in the forecast
* Data gathering and monitoring the Construction Contractors at project sites
* Assist with monthly invoice preparation
* Interface and assist with Project Controls on cashflow / forecasts
* Interface with accounts with regards to invoices, payments and audit requirements
* Support in the review and reconciliation of third party consultancy / contractor variations and claims
Skills / Qualifications:
* Ability to work and communicate effectively within an integrated multi discipline team
* Contract Administration experience in Middle East
* Appropriate qualifications & experience (Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, Business Administration or Law preferred)
* Good written communication skills
* Good IT (Word and Excel) and mathematical skills
