* At least 3 years of experience in managing relationships and communicating with clients.
* Effective communication skills with internal and external clients of the company.
* Sufficient experience in dealing with design programs such as Infographic and Microsoft Office programs.
* Experience in dealing with corporate systems, for example (SAP, ...etc.).
Skills
* Dealing with internal and external customer requests for the company, such as projects or dealing with purchase orders submitted by them.
* Effective communication with customers and stakeholders of information technology activity and digital transformation to implement some of the work related to the department.
* Follow up on the implementation and application of customer relations department policies and procedures and value enhancement.
* Designing and preparing presentations of beneficiary activities through some modern programs.
* Conducting communication meetings with the beneficiaries to follow up the progress of work and evaluate the quality of the work provided.
