Job Description

• Provide CCD Manager with data for weekly and monthly reports


• Supports CCD in maintaining Rawabi Holding's corporate identity


• Responsible for checking the application of Rawabi Holding brand guidelines, identifying and communicating any misapplications


• Supports CCD in conducting quarterly brand audit across the group


• Keep the Rawabi Holding brand guidelines including design artifacts, templates, and applications available to all employees


• Supervises the Web Designer in the development of Corporate Website and SharePoint


• Supervises the Graphic Designer in compiling requested designs and artwork (if applicable)


• Providing all requested designs and layout of company material


• Design new companies and joint ventures' brand identity in line with Rawabi Holding's corporate identity


• Design and develop a range of materials in traditional print form, electronically or through online technologies, including business cards, letterheads, invitations, calendars, flyers, brochures, newsletters, quarterly magazines, handbooks, conference and seminar materials, etc. for Rawabi Holding and/or its affiliates


• Design corporate PowerPoint presentations and Word document templates and publish them on SharePoint for all employees.


• Provides photography services (if applicable) during company events or as per service request.


• Keep records of clients' inputs and corrections for each project and compile them.


• Keep records of all materials provided by clients (e.g. CDs, photos, text documents, etc.)


• Provide employees with standardized and homogenized digital standards: Online media; e.g., desktop themes, website themes, color palette, font types, email signature, etc.
  - Provide the External Communications Officer with the necessary support to
  ensure corporate vehicles clearly project the corporate image and logo in
  compliance with Aramco standards -if needed-


• Support CSR Unit in all requested theme designs and publications


• Prepares final production artwork for all approved projects and coordinates with External Communications Officer during the printing stage.


• Shooting and editing videos


• Performs miscellaneous tasks as assigned by his/her direct manager

Skills

• BA degree in Graphic Design, marketing, or equivalent degree


• Proficiency in Adobe products such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, and Flash


• Good drawing and illustration skills


• Experience in Photography


• Knowledge in web design


• Experience in designing magazines, newsletters, and brochures (Multi-Pages)


• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously


• Attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving


• Versatile in use of fresh creative elements and ideas


• Excellent team work and organization skills


• Experience in the GCC is a plus (preferably in Saudi Arabia)


• Minimum ‎2 years' experience in graphic design, brand management, and/or communication field


• Fluent in English language (speaking, writing, listening, presenting) (Arabic is a plus)

Education

BA degree in Graphic Design, marketing, or equivalent degree
