Introduction:
Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is looking for a Painter to join our KES
Manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
This role is Responsible for Apply industrial coatings per recommended
thickness Blast structures/equipment. In addition, the Painter is required to
comply with KOCH safety requirements and behave in a manner that is aligned
with our company culture.
Responsibilities:
* Blast structures/equipment per quality specification
* Operates conventional and airless spray equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and other types of surfaces
* Mixes and applies paint systems according to a prescribed formula
* Adjust nozzles on spray guns to obtain the proper dispersion of the spray and monitors the flow and viscosity of the paint or solution
* Cleans paint lines, paint guns and performs other cleaning preventative maintenance
* Regulates temperature and air circulation in drying ovens
* Follows all safety rules and practices
* Maintain records on paint.
* Flexibility to work in other related departments as required.
Requirements:
* Experience in industrial painting in a heavy manufacturing environment
* Able to mix and identify paints
* Be quality oriented and familiar with quality processes
* Familiar with drawing and understand data sheets on paint.
* Experience with Forklifts and Aerial lifts a plus.
* Basic computer skills a plus
