Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for this role include:

• Develop existing relationships with key clients and deliver fire safety engineering solutions.


• Lead and oversee current and future projects and enabling the project team to ensure that financial targets of the Project are met and exceeded.


• Maintain a high level of professional awareness of technical matters in the fire industry, assimilate and synthesize developing technical issues and provide updates and briefings as required.


• Provide technical solutions to clients & oversee and peer review work of the fire engineering staff.


• Guiding our fire engineering professionals, along with advising and delivering complex solutions to large construction engineering projects within leading consultancies.


• Drive behind the delivery of technical excellence, team engagement, and the go-to in developing our key clients in this discipline.


• Be the expert to our clients and that all important first point of call.


• Lead discussion with design teams, Clients, HCIS and Civil Defence.


• Attend industry conferences to Network and embrace industry trends and best practices.


• Supervise and train junior engineers.
  Qualifications:
  
  Here 's What You'll Need:

To set you up for success in this role from day one (at a minimum) the
following qualifications/experience are required:

• A genuine passion for leading and driving the business locally.


• A background in fire protection engineering preferably within a consultancy environment.


• ‎10-‎15 years industry experience


• Chartership / Professional Engineer status an advantage.


• Experience building and leading a team an advantage.


• Oil and gas industry experience would be advantageous for this role.


• Experience with the Civil Defense in Saudi Arabia, HCIS and Saudi Aramco is an advantage.


• Working experience in the Middle East region, preferably Saudi Arabia.


• A bachelor's degree or higher.


• The ability to undertake works independently and lead a team.
