* Supervisors & Managers should demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises

• Available on ‎24 hours call basis to respond to customer needs.


• Communicate between Aramco Engineer and Rig Foreman to get required data for to run Jar placement program.


• Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of Workshop operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution. This involves collaborating with different teams such as A &I, Machine Shop, Application Engineer, Customer Support & Procurement , Logistics & SDM. to ensure timely delivery , HSE & Service Quality.


• Resource Allocation: You will be responsible for allocating resources, both human and material, to workshop team as per their requirements. This includes managing manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.


• Quality Assurance: You will be involved in implementing and maintaining quality standards and procedures throughout the Contract lifecycle. This includes conducting inspections, quality checks, and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.


• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies is an essential part of the role. You will need to assess risks associated with projects, such as safety hazards, technical challenges, and budgetary constraints, and work with the relevant teams to implement appropriate risk management measures.


• Communication and Reporting: Effective communication is crucial in this role. You will be responsible for maintaining regular communication with Operations stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Additionally, you will need to prepare and present reports on Operational issues, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.

  Continuous Improvement: As an Operations Coordinator, you will be expected
  to identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures, and project
  execution. This involves analyzing data, gathering feedback, and implementing
  changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  * Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:** Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a critical aspect of the role. You will need to promote and enforce safety practices, conduct risk assessments, and implement appropriate measures to minimize incidents and maintain a safe working environment.

REQUIRED
HS Diploma / GED/ C&G / ITI or equivalent
* May have University Degree/Diploma or ‎10-‎12 yrs experience in place of Degree
* Strong knowledge of downhole tools used in the oil and gas industry, including drilling tools, completions tools, and well intervention tools.
