Field Supervisor - Waste Management

Job Summary:

Field Supervisor for solids control waste management jobs in KSA. The position
requires to lead and support operators in the field and make sure company's
goals and objectives are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
‎1. Supervise the loading and proper anchoring of solids control equipment and
parts.
‎2. Verify transfers of equipment and parts from well to base and from well to
well.
‎3. Verify that equipment movements are carried out in a safe manner, ensuring
that they arrive in good condition and in accordance with the transfer,
complying with safety and operational measures. operational measures.
‎4. Communicate to the operations department and verify that any loss or
damage of equipment or parts is documented in each of the equipment or parts

‎5. Request required consumables based on field needs.

field, in each of the visits, suggesting the necessary recommendations for the
optimization of the service.
‎11. Establish and maintain a daily report of the activity of the operation in
each of the locations.
‎12. Maintain continuous communication and inform the respective department
(H.R., H.S.E., Operations, Physical Security) of any incident or anomaly that
may arise with the personnel working at the locations.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILL-SET REQUIRED:
* ‎10 years experience in Solids Control with focus on dryers operation and waste management.
* Previous supervisory experience
* Good level of English(spoken and written)
* Computer knowledge (especially, Microsoft Suite)
