Key Task Responsibilities
* Carry out duties on Valve and actuator testing as per Flowserve procedure, specification sheet and standard.
* Perform dimensional and visual inspection on final product and in-process inspection.
* Document all work done in appropriate format and records.
* Take an active part in any training opportunities and provide training to staff as reasonably Utilize resources efficiently and maintain high level of housekeeping.
* Coordinate with production and maintenance on product that fails testing, machine failure and provide improvement suggestion.
* Adhere to SHEA policy and report policy violation and hazards. Initiate stop work as applicable.
Qualification Requirement:
EDUCATION :
* Atleast 2 year college, Technical vocational Diploma
WORK EXPERIENCE :
* With at least 2 year experience as valve industry or maintenance that deals with valves or EPC valve inspectors.
OTHERS :
* With good computer skills e.g. word, excel.
* With good English communication skills.
* Passed vision assessment on Near vision acuity minimum Jaegar 2 or greater. Can differentiate color contrast and shades of gray.
* With good understanding on Control valve function.
