Senior Payroll Officer(Job Number: SEN000280)
Description
* Administer the monthly payroll generation and ensure that all transactions (including attendance, advance, additions, deductions and other) are entered and updated on the system.
* Respond to employees' queries in Payroll related issues, provide the necessary support, and escalate unresolved issues to the hierarchy.
* Prepare the monthly payments files associated with payroll and ensure it is executed in a timely manner.
* Ensure high level of customer service is delivered and maintained and that internal customers are satisfied by meeting all internal SLA's and by following up on requests in a timely manner.
* Assist in managing and developing team members to ensure that the department has the required knowledge and efficiency.
* Validation and reconciliation of post payroll output and the loading of costing files to General Ledger.
* Ensure all kinds of employees' letters (bank, embassy, recommendation, employment, social security and other) are implemented in HRMS.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration; MBA is a plus
* 4-6 years of experience is a similar field
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Fluency in English
