As a Digital Marketing Specialist [Arabic Speaker] specializing in both Search
Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Social, you will play a pivotal role in our
Digital Marketing team. Your expertise will be crucial in planning, executing,
and optimizing SEM campaigns to drive traffic, enhance brand visibility, and
foster conversions and revenue for our business. This multifaceted role
demands a comprehensive understanding of SEM strategies, search engine
algorithms, and a results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: SEM Strategy
and Planning: - Develop and execute comprehensive SEM and Paid Social
strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. - Conduct keyword research
to identify high-value keywords and long-tail phrases. - Analyze competitors'
SEM and Paid Social efforts for insights and maintain a competitive advantage.
Campaign Management: - Create, set up, and manage SEM and Paid Social
campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media
channels. - Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to
maximize ROI. - Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and ad creatives for
achieving campaign objectives. - Implement A/B testing for ad copy, landing
pages, and other campaign elements. Keyword Management: - Monitor and adjust
keyword bids to achieve optimal ad positioning and cost-efficiency. -
Regularly expand and refine keyword lists to enhance campaign reach and
targeting. - Analyze keyword performance and make data-driven adjustments. Ad
Copy and Ad Extensions: - Craft compelling ad copy tailored to target
audiences and campaign objectives. - Utilize ad extensions effectively to
enhance ad visibility and click-through rates. Tracking and Analytics: - Set
up tracking mechanisms using tools such as Google Analytics to measure
campaign performance. - Generate reports and dashboards providing insights on
key performance metrics. - Continuously analyze data to identify trends and
opportunities for improvement. Budget Management: - Effectively manage both
SEM and Paid Social budgets, making informed decisions based on performance.
- Forecast and plan for budget adjustments as needed. Stay Informed: - Keep
abreast of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes. - Make
recommendations for adapting strategies in response to industry developments.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related
field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in both SEM and Paid Social, with a
proven track record of managing successful campaigns. - Has to be Bilingual :
Arabic & English are required. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and
other relevant SEM platforms. - In-depth understanding of SEO principles and
their impact on SEM. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data-
driven decision-making. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with
cross-functional teams. - Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads or
Bing Ads is a plus. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and
platforms.
