Reaching out to potential clients across multiple channels (telephone, Linked
In, email, etc.), Performs clerical and administrative tasks including
drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents. Receives
incoming communication, reviews contents, determines importance, and
summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff. Performs other
related duties as assigned. Qualification: Experienced in General Trading is a
must. At least 1 years’ Experience in Secretarial and Sales Strong
organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize
and handle multiple assignments at any given time Exceptional customer
service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of company products, services, and policies. Proficiency with
computers and strong typing skills. Strong time management and decision-making
skills. Adaptability and accountability. Ability to work alone or in a group.
