Riders coordinator – Delivery of Consumers Goods The Rider coordinator is
responsible for the performance of riders, managing the overall operational
performance of the assigned outsourced companies, and supervising the Team
Leads to achieve the targets. • Work closely with the assigned 3PL(s) as their
Account Manager • Communicate on a daily basis with riders’ and check both
attendance & performance. • Work closely with supervisors to improve the
performance of the riders. • Highlight the poor-performing riders to the
assigned supervisor. • Ensure that proper training is given periodically to
the assigned riders and work closely with the supervisor to participate in the
training process. • Distribute the tasks to Team Leads & fleet coordinators
and follow up on their progress. • Report any difficulties riders are facing
that prevent them from performing well. • Support the Supervisor in improving
the city/zone performance by communicating with the riders, supervisors or
