We are looking for skilled waiter/waitress and barista in one of the renowned
Restaurants in Dubai to join our team. Freshers are also highly encouraged to
apply. Specific and needed training are provided. The candidate should have
good communication skills and good experience in hospitality and strives to
deliver a great customer service. Keep in mind, the duties may required
working in shifts and occasionally during weekends and holidays.
Responsibilties: - Proper greeting and excellent customer service to guests.
- Prepare menu and table and provide detailed information about the service
to the customers when asked like food portions, or allergies. - Inform
customer about the special and menu recommendations along with additional
product upon request. - Take accurate orders of food and drinks using
software or by notes. - Communicate orders to the kitchen staff. - Serve
prepared foods and drinks as per order to the customer. - Deliver checks and
collect bill payments - Carry all the dirty plates and other dishes to
kitchen for cleaning. - Always maintain the cleanliness and relevant health
department regulations. Skills: - Proven work experience as a waiter or
waitress - Must have Barista experience of at least a year. - Basic math
skills and hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information
systems. - Excellent presentation skills along with attentiveness and
patience for customers. - Multitasking skills with strong organizational
skills with the ability to work in fast-paced environment - Active listening,
communication skills and Strong teamwork ability. - Flexibility to work in
different available shifts Education and Certificates: - At least High school
diploma; food safety training is plus - Barista certification is bonus
