met. Qualifications: Education: high school diploma or equivalent; additional
education in sales or retail management is a plus. Experience: A minimum of ‎2
years of experience in a retail sales role, demonstrating a successful track
record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Communication Skills: Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
customers and work effectively within a team. Adaptability: Ability to thrive
in a fast-paced retail environment, adapting to changing priorities and
customer needs. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and other
retail-related technology. Customer-Focused: Strong customer service
orientation with a genuine passion for assisting and engaging with customers.
