Position Overview: As a Sales Agent at Hash n Star, you will play a key role
in driving revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities. We
are seeking individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication
skills, and a proactive approach to building and maintaining client
relationships. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business
opportunities through prospecting and lead generation. Conduct market research
to understand customer needs and industry trends. Build and maintain strong
relationships with prospective and existing clients. Present and demonstrate
products/services to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals,
meeting or exceeding sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to develop
and implement effective sales strategies. Provide excellent customer service
and support throughout the sales process. Qualifications: Proven experience as
a Sales Agent or in a similar sales role. Strong sales and negotiation skills
with a track record of achieving targets. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a
collaborative team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
