We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing
administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role
involves assisting with various administrative tasks such as answering phones,
managing correspondence, coordinating meetings and appointments, and
supporting other staff members as needed. Key Responsibilities: Answer and
direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Manage incoming and
outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and packages Greet and assist
visitors to the office Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and
travel arrangements for staff members Maintain office supplies inventory and
place orders as needed Assist with the preparation of documents, reports,
presentations, and other materials
