We are looking for an experienced Real Estate professional to join our team as
an operations manager. Key role: Reporting to the general manager, he will be
responsible for the overall execution and accountability of the operations of
the sales ,Leasing and property management departments . Requirements:
1-Bachelor degree specializing in a property related or equivalent experience
preferred. 2-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within UAE
property industry. 3-posses a through understanding of all the RERA laws and
government and legal regulation. 4-Good analytical skills. 5-Excellent
knowledge with rules and regulations of Real Estate industry in UAE. 6-Proven
ability to be flexible, prioritize and manage multiple projects ,as well as
solve problems in a timely manner. 7-Outstanding presentation skills.
8-Excellent written and oral communications skills in English. 9-Ability to
communicate effectively, supervise, train and direct the team. 10-excellent
skills in computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, CRM Software, etc..)
QUALIFICATIONS: * Min of 2 years proven experience in real estate sales and rentals * Knowledge of real estate market and regulations (UAE) * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets * Valid UAE driving license *Salary: TBD
