مدير إنتاج ذو مهارات عالية وخبرة مع خلفية في التصميم الفني في مجال الأثاث
الفاخر والتصميم الداخلي حسب الطلب. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي فهما قويا
لديناميكيات السوق المحلية واتجاهات التصميم. Responsibilities: ‎1. الإشراف على
عملية الإنتاج بأكملها للأثاث الفاخر ومشاريع التصميم الداخلي حسب الطلب. ‎2.
التعاون مع فريق التصميم لضمان ترجمة الرسومات والمواصفات الفنية بدقة إلى عمليات
التصنيع. ‎3. التنسيق مع الموردين والبائعين والحرفيين لضمان شراء المواد
والمكونات عالية الجودة في الوقت المناسب. ‎4. مراقبة والحفاظ على معايير مراقبة
الجودة طوال عملية الإنتاج لضمان تقديم حرفية استثنائية. ‎5. تنفيذ جداول الإنتاج
وسير العمل بكفاءة للوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية للمشروع. ‎6. تحسين تكاليف الإنتاج
وتخصيص الموارد مع ضمان الالتزام بقيود الميزانية. ‎7. تطوير وتطبيق بروتوكولات
وإجراءات السلامة الصارمة داخل منشأة الإنتاج. ‎8. قيادة وإدارة فريق من الحرفيين
المهرة ، وتقديم التوجيه والتدريب وتقييمات الأداء. ‎9. ابق على اطلاع دائم
باتجاهات الصناعة والمواد الجديدة وتقنيات التصنيع لتعزيز ابتكار المنتجات
وجودتها. المتطلبات: ‎1. تعتبر شهادة في التصميم الصناعي أو التصميم الداخلي أو
أي مجال ذي صلة ميزة إضافية ، ويفضل أن تكون من جامعة لبنانية مرموقة. ‎2. ‎5
سنوات من الخبرة كمدير إنتاج في صناعة الأثاث الفاخر والتصميم الداخلي حسب الطلب.
‎3. مهارات تصميم فنية قوية مع القدرة على تفسير وترجمة مفاهيم التصميم إلى
مواصفات التصنيع. ‎4. معرفة متعمقة بتقنيات ومواد إنتاج الأثاث المحلية. ‎5.
مهارات ممتازة في إدارة المشاريع مع القدرة على تنسيق مشاريع متعددة في وقت واحد.
‎6. يتقن استخدام برامج التصميم وأدوات إدارة الإنتاج. ‎7. قدرات استثنائية على
القيادة وإدارة الفريق. ‎8. مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار. ‎9.

Manager - Luxury Furniture and Bespoke Interior Design Highly skilled and
experienced Production Manager with a background in technical design in the
field of luxury furniture and bespoke interior design. The ideal candidate
must possess a strong understanding of local market dynamics and design
trends. Responsibilities: ‎1. Supervising the entire production process for
luxury furniture and bespoke interior design projects. ‎2. Collaborate with
the design team to ensure drawings and technical specifications are accurately
translated into manufacturing processes. ‎3. Coordination with suppliers,
vendors and craftsmen to ensure timely procurement of high-quality materials
and components. ‎4. Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout
the production process to ensure exceptional craftsmanship is delivered. ‎5.
Efficiently implement production schedules and workflows to meet project
deadlines. ‎6. Optimize production costs and resource allocation while
ensuring adherence to budget constraints. ‎7. Develop and implement strict
safety protocols and procedures within the production facility. ‎8. Lead and
manage a team of skilled craftsmen, providing mentoring, training and
performance appraisals. ‎9. Stay up to date on industry trends, new materials
and manufacturing techniques to enhance product innovation and quality.
Requirements: ‎1. A degree in industrial design, interior design, or any
related field is an added advantage, preferably from a reputable Lebanese
university. ‎2. ‎5 years of experience as a production manager in the luxury
furniture industry and bespoke interior design. ‎3. Strong technical design
skills with the ability to interpret and translate design concepts into
manufacturing specifications. ‎4. In-depth knowledge of local furniture
production techniques and materials. ‎5. Excellent project management skills
with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. ‎6.
Proficient in using design software and production management tools. ‎7.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. ‎8. Strong problem-
solving and decision-making skills. ‎9. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
