Site Civil Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join
our team at [Your Company Name]. As a Site Engineer, you will play a critical
role in the successful completion of construction projects. You will be
responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on- site activities to ensure
that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
‎1. Responsible for supervising the installation of components and work at the
construction sites. ‎2. Current Projects: Identify all active projects and the
personnel currently working on them: - When each project started, the
required tasks, necessary workforce, and technicians for its completion, along
with the estimated duration and the completion and delivery dates. - Team
deployment on the project and post- delivery evaluation and reporting. - Job
order for the project: outlining all pre- project requirements, including the
required GRC components for new projects. - Determine the required GRC
components for current projects, the quantity installed, the remaining amount,
and whether they are in production, in the supply phase, or ready for
delivery. Also, establish deadlines for these components. ‎3. Projects that
haven't started yet: When will they commence, job orders, execution plans, the
executing team, and reasons for the delay. ‎4. Site supervision from project
reception to project stages, overseeing installations according to plans, and
signing off on project delivery after ensuring all aspects, including site
cleanliness, are in order. ‎5. Safety: Ensures the implementation of safety
and security procedures on the site to maintain the safety of workers and the
site itself. ‎6. Quality Control: Ensures the quality of the completed work
and conducts necessary tests and inspections to ensure excellence in
execution. ‎7. Communication: Engages with work teams, contractors, and other
relevant parties for seamless coordination and accurate information exchange.
‎8. Execution Supervision: Monitors and tracks the execution processes on the
site to ensure that the project is carried out according to specified plans
and standards. ‎9. Project Planning: Develops plans and schedules for
efficient project execution, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry. Strong
knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. Excellent
communication and teamwork skills. Proficient in project management software
and tools. Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast- paced
environment. Strong problem- solving and decision- making abilities
