Store Keeper Wanted

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as
a Workshop Store Supervisor. As the Workshop Store Supervisor, you will play a
crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop store. Your
responsibilities will include overseeing the daily activities, maintaining
accurate records, and leading the labor force in the store. This is an
excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a
keen eye for detail. Responsibilities: Supervise the daily operations of the
workshop store, including receiving, storing, and organizing inventory.
Prepare and send daily reports recorded on Excel, documenting workers'
attendance and absences, as well as their overtime hours. Generate and
maintain accurate delivery notes for items leaving the store, ensuring proper
documentation and adherence to procedures. Develop and maintain a
comprehensive record-keeping system for items in storage, including quantity,
quality, and dimensions. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and
efficient inventory replenishment and stock rotation. Train and lead the labor
force, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth store operations.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and guidelines within the store to
ensure a secure working environment. Collaborate with other departments to
fulfill supply requests and resolve any inventory-related issues. Conduct
regular audits to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies, taking
appropriate action to rectify any issues. Requirements: High school diploma or
equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management or a
related field is a plus. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a
workshop or industrial setting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other
relevant software applications for generating reports and maintaining records.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize
tasks effectively. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to
effectively lead and motivate a diverse team. Attention to detail and accuracy
in maintaining records and documenting inventory movements. Knowledge of
safety protocols and regulations related to the storage and handling of goods.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions
under pressure. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-
