Your Key Tasks:
* Leading the Talent Acquisition process from start to finish, including creating annual sourcing plan, developing JDs, Job Posting & headhunting projects, screening & interviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and making hiring recommendation using HR tools Workday & Success Factors
* Build and lead Lipton Egypt's employer branding strategy, employer value proposition and team.
* Define the approach for local strategy, as well as per function and personas we're targeting.
* Establishing and designing Lipton Egypt social media presence and channels related to recruitment and employer branding along with media partners
* Establishing Communication with partners (e.g. agencies, Universities & student organizations) to establish EB And engagement partnerships
* Lead all internal events; creative concept, budget allocation, suppliers' management, branding and content creation.
Plan, create, develop, edit, publish and manage internal communication content
and layout for including regular updates, articles, emails, event videos &
reports.
* Lead Internal Employee engagement & wellbeing activities from idea to execution
Skills and Experience:
* 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources - Preferably In TA & Employee Engagement
* Creative mindset with original ideas
* Project Management
* Fluency in Arabic & English is a must
* Entrepreneur at heart, with a passion for growth and making new things happen.
* Good communication & presentation skills.
* Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills
* Sense of curiosity in order to monitor all communications and keep up-to-date with projects.
* Analytical thinking and rigor, with the ability to use data to optimize growth plans in an agile manner
