Job Description:
* Creating plans, designs, and drawings using computer-aided design programs
* Presenting proposals to clients for approval and agreeing on time-scales
* Analyzing complex environmental reports and using the knowledge gained in designs/plans
* Conduct environmental impact assessments and ensure enforcement of environmental conservation laws and regulations.
* Conducting preliminary studies of the site, including landmarks, soil, environment, buildings, roads, etc.)
* Evaluate site capabilities to meet client specifications
* Illustrate construction details and project specifications using CAD software
* Speak to locals and community members to gain insight
* Consider environmental factors, such as energy availability
* Prepare cost estimates and oversee the project's budget
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering
* 8-10 years of experience in the same position
* Excellent command of the English language
* Practical experience with CAD software
