ABOUT THE ROLE:
-The Account Manager will be proactively developing and managing relationships with our existing customers and gathering insights on our products and customer applications.
-Ensuring our customers are satisfied and their specific needs are addressed proactively through regular follow-ups.
-Coordinating and handling follow-on orders in collaboration with the business development team.
-Working closely with the business development team to share customer updates and market insights on specific segments and products.
-Maintaining and regularly updating the pipeline in our CRM to help the company forecast and plan production
-Working as a single point of contact for specific operational accounts (e.g. end users or operations partners).
-Implementing customer trials and pilot operations by ensuring that orders are timely and operate successfully
-Onboarding customers to transition to pilot and full fleet operations through presenting and reporting data on trial and pilot operations results
-Coordinating with product operations technical team to ensure smooth operations of deployed vehicles.
-Preparing EV onboarding material including utilization of vehicles, driving, and charging
YOU HAVE:
-A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business or any related field.
-Experience in dealing with a complex Business-to-Business environment.
-Regular travel to customer sites for product demonstrations, sales meetings, and customer onboarding.
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
-Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent verbal communication skills and good writing skills, with the ability to adapt to various situations and audiences as needed.
-Customer-centric attitude with robust problem-solving skills.
