The Role
Ekaterra is currently in the process of full global IT Systems and
Infrastructure separation from its former owner - UnileveR Group. The main
goal of this separation is to design, build, test and deploy a fully separate,
flexible, and fit for purpose IT environment.
Therefore, we are currently looking for 3PL Deployment Coordinator, who would
coordinate the cluster 3PL providers onboarding activities assuring the smooth
transition and highest clients satisfaction.

Key Tasks
* Being an integral part of cluster 3PL squad team focused on a smooth 3PL onboarding to the new Ekaterra IT system, closely cooperating with global, regional and cluster business stakeholders from Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics.
* Supports end to end 3PL Onboarding process, acting as a first point of contact to all engaged in the process project teams and functions on global, regional and local level, as well as external vendors.
* Facilitates all necessary information needed during the course of the process for all engaged parties. Provides any necessary localisation knowledge, as well as translations of global communication, if required.
* Helps coordination of validation exercise by facilitating/coordinating cross functional business teams during a design, testing as well as cut-over activities.
* Coordinates the local EDI Service provider external team, gathers and provides all necessary information required though the course of the process, that includes the design of the interface, connectivity requirement gathering, setup, testing, defects resolution and customer cut-over.
* Provides all necessary support in the 3PL escalation handling as well as in the Onboarding Sign-off process.

* The role ensures effective global, regional and local internal and external stakeholders collaboration across all organization levels.
* The role ensures effective external Vendors collaboration.
* The role ensures market leading 3PL interactions.

Skills and Experience Need to do the Job well
* ‎2-‎4 years of working experience in the Customer Service or Project Management in a global, fast paced organization.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to establish and maintain key relationships across the business.
* EDI Interface experience as an asset.
