Job Scope:
ekaterra tea business is under separation from Unilever. The person of this
role will assist in coordinating and follow up the Marketing separation
activities, TSA (Temporary Service Agreement) exits, cross workstream and/or
cross region interdependencies, contributing to build up the new way of
working.
As the Regional HR Transition & Internal Communications Lead you will be
tasked with managing a team of ‎4 resources based in various AMET locations.
You will be accountable for the following deliverables over approximately a
‎12-month period
Roles & Responsibilities
* Ensure on time, in full communication flow regarding change approach to be followed, from Global Blossom Change Management Team to AMET Blossom and Country Teams.
* Lead initiatives, in partnership with Country Blossom Change Champions, to enable the change in market via trainings and engagement events. Ensure all key employees are equipped with necessary information to manage / operate in the new ways of working.
* Lead adoption tracking for AMET in partnership with Global Blossom Change Management Team.
* Drive action / adoption across key employee groups in a structured, methodical approach.
* Help audiences see the benefits of new systems, ways of working or new cultures.
* Support the global team to plan any regional or local change impacts and subsequent interventions
* Liaise with Global Talent team in ekaterra to collect all available material on Employer Branding.
* Create and implement employer branding campaign in AMET Markets for entry level and mid-career hires.
* Identify key campuses by markets where ekaterra presence is critical - design the right Campus initiatives to create and strengthen ekaterra's employer brand.
* Confirm recruiting needs by market for the Summer Internship Program ‎2023.
* Run Talent Attraction initiatives on key campuses and via online channels to complete successful hiring for the Summer Internship Program ‎2023.
Stakeholder Management and key interfaces
The role will report to the AMET HR Blossom Project Lead.
The role will be accountable to the AMET P&O Head
