Main purpose of the job
As Go to Market HRBP (Customer Development & Marketing) you will play a key
role in the Unilever Egypt and Levant organization to manage a dynamic change
agenda, work on key HR Operations/change projects, and support the Sales and
Marketing Organization on development, career progression, and structural
organizational development.
You have good expertise and knowledge of (HR) policies, labor law, and
processes and therefore provide advice to the local leaders in your domain.
Your main responsibilities
* Works with passion and from a Purpose Driven mindset.
* Collaborates with the business for the creation of a high-performance culture by implementing team and organizational design solutions, providing measurable performance indicators, and improvement plans.
* Support the GTM stakeholders from HR angle to land the business priorities
* Helps establish the organization's culture and climate in which people have the competency, concern, and commitment to business success.
* Brings HR insight through consultation skills to bear on all people-related issues (people, capabilities, organizational leadership, and culture)
* Interfaces with many roles and support areas including Finance, Legal, HR Operations, Regional HR and Expertise teams, etc.
* You deliver a great HR agenda and support our dynamic growth plans
* Lead operations projects linked both to hard and soft skills
* Co-lead the annual HR agenda on change, projects, and talent with the team to give best-in-class HR/people experience for our talents
* Drive Capability agenda for North Africa, Levant & Iraq
* Run Prioritization and automation initiatives
* This role will be very dynamic in nature and a key role in the GTM HR team
Who are you?

* Have a solid (+8 years minimum) experience in HR, sales, Marketing
* Have a proficient and broad understanding of HR systems, policies, labor law and processes. Deep knowledge of Egypt labor law.
* Have project management experience, since Unilever is a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
* Have a good understanding of the bigger picture, an eye for detail and pragmatic, thorough in doing your work and finding the best approach for every situation and spot opportunities for improvement. Be a proactive, solution-mindset & eager to learn HR professional.

* Fluent in English
