Purpose:
JML supervisor supporting the JML Team Lead with daily operations and team
supervision.
Job Description:
* Supervising the team 's operations; SNOW cases assignment
* Managing the team's suspended cases and making sure it's progressing.
* Managing escalations & investing in the root cause and reporting to the LT team
* Monitoring the assignment groups and making sure its dispatched to the team in a timely manner
* Managing the team's day-to-day operations & operational issues with the team
* Managing the team's SLA. Investigating the root cause of breached cases and reporting to the team lead.
* Managing the onboarding process of the new joiners to ensure a smooth process.
* Support with interactions with Senior stakeholders.
* Attending Weekly calls with the market managing operations and feedback
* Driving simplification of HR processes and promoting data-based organizational decisions as well as accurate HR data management across the systems
* Manage the troubleshooting, testing the processes of the HR systems, and coordinating with the end users.
* Ensures accurate and timely transmission of data between systems (SNOW and WD)
* Provide guidance and training to team members to increase system knowledge and proficiency.
* Ensure team compliance with company policies & procedures
* Monitoring the team's prioritization approach
* Monitoring UK leave of Absence (UKI) on workday and ensuring accurate data
* Monitoring the team's leaves and wellbeing
* Managing the APR data validation process and follow-up
* Monitoring the 4 eyes check approach
* Communicating any process updates to the team and ensuring understanding by the team
* Monitoring the LSA process and ensuring picked up on Time
* Managing PO Generic email
* JML Lead delegate during leaves.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* Experienced in HR within a matrix organization
* Experienced in and expert knowledge of MS Office applications.
* Experienced in HR systems and technical know-how
* Resilience due to Multi-country stakeholder demands
