Mechanical engineer electrification Intern

As Mechanical Engineer intern in our electrification Division, you will get
the chance to work closely with our team in the factory & gain a lot of new
skills & technical experience. You will also be able to get a clear idea on
the current job market & define your career goals . you will be taking your

Your responsibilities

• Defining the working phase sequence of a production process in order to achieve the targeted product cost, ensuring appropriate production methods, cycle-time, equipment performance and materials/components in support of production targets


• Identifying and recommending improvement opportunities, implementing improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality and cost requirements, designing engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations according to specification


• Contributing to design reviews and design verification, modifying design as necessary, using standard processes and tools, assisting in developing new processes and tools for reuse of technical solutions, organizing and allocating resources to effectively and efficiently meet line production targets


• Leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line, ensuring that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels


• Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance, overseeing execution of ordinary maintenance of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities


• Collaborating with the engineering team to define maintenance plans for new production lines or facilities and consulting on ways to improve reliability, maintainability and safety of equipment and/or facilities


• Managing and updating technical documentation of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities, proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines aimed at reducing ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency

Your background

• Currently enrolled in senior year(‎2023-‎2024) of bachelor's degree in engineering mechanical/mechatronics department (proof should be attached on profile when applying)


• Excellent command of written & spoken English


• Excellent command of MS excel & power point


• Eagerness to learn about the electrical industry


• Team player with "can-do" attitude & motivation to learn new things
