Interior Sales Designer (Kitchens / Furniture)

Design and sell the woodworking products "kitchens, furniture, wardrobes,
parquet, doors" with its related accessories and appliances using technical,
organizational and customer knowledge to influence and assist them in applying
the products to their needs.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Achieve the individual and the department sales target and expand customer base.


• Assist in develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.


• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.


• Develop client base through prospecting, qualifying and approaching target customers in target market along with the current customers.


• Identifies and researches customer needs to develop designs and application of related products to meet the customer needs.


• Prepare and develop the drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design.


• Prepare a final design that meets customer's needs using the company's approved design tools and related final product quotations.


• Prepares sales contract and all related documents to get it signed by the customer to close the deal.


• Put the best efforts to persuade customers to apply the full product range to their needs.


• Participates in providing inputs that might lead to the development of new products and modification of existing products in related parties.


• Take the responsibility for the development of the design based on the inputs from customers.


• Able to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion.


• Able to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of the designs.


• Properly feeds and utilizes the ERP system, Pre-Sales and Design applications and tools on timely fashion.


• Coordinate with the sales executives of the other divisions to create customers' awareness of the company's other services and products to increase cross-selling opportunities.


• Coordinate with the back office team to follow-up the customer files and the required designs.

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.


• A minimum of ‎2 years of experience in Furniture / Kitchens sales field.


• Ability to communicate and influence all levels of customers.


• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.


• Proven ability to position products against competitors.


• System experience in MS Office, 3D Design Software, AutoCAD and ERP system required.


• Should have strong command of the English language.


• Excellent presentation, leadership & problem solving skills.


• Should be innovative, creative, customer oriented and be an excellent team player.
