JOB PURPOSE:
Technical Area Owner: is responsible to manage his area maintenance, to ensure
that all electrical breakdowns solved in correct way with right problem-
solving tools, & to provide all maintenance approved reports.
In addition, he/she is responsible for the development coordination and
continually improving the preventive maintenance activities. He /She is
responsible for the overall annual planning for PM activities (weekly,
periodic, 3months and annual), this includes the annual shutdown activities
and coordination with Production, Engineering, SES, Q&FS and logistics
departments
He/She is responsible for coordinating the annual maintenance training plan
and support to the shift associates in order to maintain safety standards as
per MSSW and ensure the availability of right technical / functional skills.
Plus he/she is responsible for managing and operating the flow and storage of
spare parts and consumables. He is responsible for managing minimum stock
level of listed spare parts and together with maintenance associate
identifying and ordering new spares and consumables. He is issuing the
purchase requests for spare parts and consumables.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SAFETY
Adhere to safety requirements in relevant SSWs when working at the assigned
equipment. Ensure that all associates & contractors also comply with the
safety requirements within his area.
Ensuring compliance with Environment Health and Safety procedures and
regulations within his area.
Raise near misses and close the corrective/preventive actions & motivate
associates & contractors in raising & support near misses closure in his area
on time on full.
Raising & Closing the Near Miss raised in spare parts stores and maintenance
workshop
Q&FS
Adhere to quality requirements when working at the assigned equipment. Ensure
that all associates & contractors also comply with the quality requirements
within his area.
Responsible for calibration and testing plans for the factory and to prepare
and coordinate yearly calibration plans on his area.
Responsible for updating the team documents to Nexus & proper communication on
place.
Partner with QA during QMP, internal & external audits, & ensure proper gaps
closure within his area.
Conduct quality/food safety checks & carry out any corrective action and
follow up, in his area.
Technical/Functional
Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of TMP pillars within
his area.
Leading the implementation of new CMMS systems
Ensuring records are maintained for audit compliance in his area
Full responsibility to ensure all breakdowns, incidents & PM done on time on
full in his area with proper analysis, reporting & knowledge sharing..
Ensure a high level of technical communication and hand-over is maintained
between shift and days functions through FMOS in his area.
Leading JTM, DRR, DOM as per FMOS process in his area.
Be an effective driver in developing the organization by providing experience
and knowledge for training and coaching of maintenance engineers, technicians
& operators in his area.
Partner for Facility Management to provide yearly plans of activities in his
area and ensure proper closure on time on full.
Support the commissioning and start-up phases of projects in his/her assigned
areas
Responsibility of facility system maintenance & monitoring.
