Technical Responsibility:
‎1- Secure enough supply of necessary equipment's and tools for work.
‎2-To conduct surprise and continuous inspection operations at jobsites to
ensure the quality of construction work as per company requirements.
‎3-To receive information from technicians about different stages of jobs.
‎4-To make necessary surveys & FPA for all his staff on a quarterly basis.
‎5-To follow-up receiving of manufactured material from suppliers.
‎6-To follow-up with preparation works at jobsites of his area & delivery of
material to sites & follow up with the client.
‎7-To handover all completed jobs to Maintenance Department and to clients
along with customer survey.
‎8-To attend all operations having potential risks such as (up-lifting,
downloading, etc.) and to analyze potential risks before commencing work.
Responsibilities:
‎1-Prepare "Time-Sheets" for staff under his supervision, follow up
productivity & quality.
‎2-To read and to be aware of all conditions of contracts under his
supervision.
‎3-Prepare manufacturing orders, material requisitions, and material
correctional documents (AMT).
‎4-Take care of daily financial dealings to fulfill work, costs, labor.
‎5-Prepare reports for jobsite preparation works under his supervision.
‎6-Prepare records for dispatching of equipment's.
‎7-Prepare records for transitional construction works.
‎8-To stick to the company estimated expenses for operations, reduce the costs,
control the hours, productivity of his crew to achieve the H.O plans.
‎9-To control the daily work for all his crew to perform plans, quality &
safety.
‎10-To submit the necessary reports & to attend the required meetings.
‎11-Meeting the clients to solve their problems or to ask them to support our
requirements.
‎12-Dealing with the subcontractors & local helper as per company policy.
Safety and Security responsibilities:
‎1- To secure jobsites with regard to safety and protection requirements before
work is commenced.
‎2-To show potential risks and its sources at jobsites or kind of technicians
available at jobsites; and make necessary instructions to avoid such risks
during work; and to assure that risks analysis form is prepared before work is
commenced.
‎3- To conduct periodical inspection on ladders and false cars and to make sure
that all technicians keep records for daily inspections.
‎4-To train technicians at jobsites with how to take secure and safe procedures
necessary during installation works at different stages. This should be done
periodically according to Construction Supervisor's schedule.
‎5-To work on observing potential risks and its sources and how to take
protective procedures to avoid suck risks.
‎6-Conduct FPA inspections and periodical sudden inspections on jobsites to
measure how far technicians are committed to safety and protection
instructions regarding usage of personal work equipments and tools.
‎7-To apply necessary disciplinary punishment in case any violations is
experienced.
‎8-To arrange for an open discuss session at jobsites to examine the employees'
understanding of safety and security instructions.
‎9-To register all the above in the jobsites revision report which should be
submitted to the FOD Manager. And to take necessary precautions to assure that
he (i.e., FOD Manager or Acting FOD Manager) is immediately informed about all
serious accidents occurred at his field. While he should immediately inform
his upper manager about those serious accidents.
‎10-To investigate on reasons of minor accidents which reflect a failure in
fulfilling necessary precaution steps; and to be submitted to the upper
manager if necessary.
‎11-To guarantee implementation of all safety and security plans.
‎12- To carry out all activities mentioned in "Safety Rules Guidebook".
