About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Agent to join the Rooms Reservations
team in Jumeirah Jabal Omar Pe-opening Hotel. The main duties and
responsibilities of this role:
* Required to represent the company by applying Jumeirah's Hallmarks and Guiding Principles and by following the standard operating procedures.
* Always focus on, maximising sales, as well as assisting guests internal/external, and future customers by offering the highest level of customer service.

* Perform all related tasks to the above position i.e.: filing of correspondence, handling customer complaints, checking and updating of related reports, amongst other tasks.
* To effectively manage the process of No-Show/Cancellation reports.
* Achieve given targets and maintain exceptional performance at all times.
* Handle queries through telephone, fax, and email.
* Use approved language skill as required at all times.
* Ensure compliance with the room reservations quality performance requirements.
* Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and
qualifications:

• University Graduate preferred (minimum High School Graduation)


• A minimum of ‎6 months experience with Reservations OR significant Customer Service experience


• English, spoken and written.


• Proactively assists customers


• Works independently but seeks clarification and guidance when needed
