* Work with Customs Brokers / freight forwarder in the customs clearance Department of both export and import shipment.
* Make a representation before customs authority or related government authorities to ensure smooth movement of goods.
* Deliver correct and on time customs documentation and formalities for import, transit, and export, while following strict customs compliance and working instructions.
* Optimizing the operational and administrative processes for efficiency within your department.
* Improve and secure data quality in all operational and reporting systems and files.
* Developing yourself and colleagues to be up to date on all relevant customs legislation.
* Closely and successfully collaborating with customs controls, assisting warehouse staff, visiting customs, internal stakeholders that support you with shipment pre-clearance .
Candidate must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
