Import & Export Specialist

- Tracking the chemical import permission validity for raw material for on-
time renewal purpose.
- Arranging the necessary approvals from the related authorities for
importing chemicals into the Kingdom.
- Follow up on Chevron shipments to be executed on-time and liaising with
procurement for reliable FF of service provision.
- Tracking the provision of the necessary documentation from supply source
on-time for the inbound shipments.
- Validating the Bill of Lading and documentation for inbound shipments
provided from supply source.
- Preparing the necessary formalities for the shipment release from SABER
prior ETA via triggering the PC & SC for the shipment goods.
- Ensuring the shipping documents provided to FF prior shipment arrival.
- Validating the cargo Bayan to acquire the necessary approvals for duty
payment.
- Monitoring the final release of the cargo at FASAH Portal for triggering
the duty payment on-time.
- Arranging with the related WH for receiving the cleared shipments upon
announcement of pullout from customs.
- Preparing the documents (certificate of origin, invoice & packing list)
from ministry of commerce for all Chevron export shipments.
- Arranging for the loading schedule of export shipment between FF and
related Chevron WH.
- Monitoring the export quota quantities & expiry to ensure the readiness of
Chevron for export business.
- Providing Vat report and all Bayan’s copies to Finance team on a monthly
basis.
