Job Purpose
To deliver a competitive technology-driven edge through the introduction of
new services & products ensuring consistency alternative channels
Key Accountabilities
- Divisional Strategy contribute to divisional strategy through aligning activities with divisional strategy and business plans
- Policy & Processes define and implement divisional policies, processes and structures
- Corporate Governance ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory or legal frameworks
- Risk Management identify, manage, mitigate and report on risk and potential risk in divisional activities
- People Management manage people in line with people policies and best practices
- Development develop and implement channels to enhance customer service and ensure the delivery of cost effective and efficient banking services
- Sourcing identify suppliers/partners and ensure arrangements are effective and in line with the Bank's best interests
- Business planning prepare budgets and monitor performance. Forecast costs/revenues, identify areas of unsatisfactory performance.
- Operations ensure operations are effective and deliver required service levels to customers
- Policies & procedures implement procedures and controls covering all areas of alternative delivery
- Customer insight gain feedback on customer satisfaction and take corrective action, if needed
- Promotion create the online channels' promotion fulfillment for the branches/ relationship managers that assist them achieve their goals
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience
Additional Professional Qualification & Certification
Experience
- Knowledge of retail banking products and alternative channels
- Good understanding of customer needs & market trends
- Knowledge of retail network operations and procedures
- At least 11 years banking sector experience, 7 in Alternative channels
- Experience in channel technology and development
- Sales and product development experience
- Successful revenue generation vs. budget
