Your Role - Magic happens when you bring great people together!
* Answers, screens and directs telephone calls, recording and distributing telephone messages accurately.
* Greets customers and visitors and directs them to appropriate personnel.
* Operates a multiple position switchboard and routes calls to the appropriate person or location.
* Performs routine clerical functions such as typing, filing, sorting and mail distribution.
* Operates office equipment, including facsimile machine, photocopier, postage meter, etc.
* Perform special project duties as assigned.
* Bilingual receptionist


**Qualifications



About You**
* Bachelor's degree
* ‎4 years experince in the same field
* Professional english and Arabic writtten and spoken
* Computer skills ( microsoft office - internet searching , etc)
