Oracle EBS R12 HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant (13 / 2022)

The Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant will work in
Oracle Technical Unit in the Integrated Systems department.
This Unit is responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of the
Oracle E-Business Suite Applications.
The Current Environment includes the following Oracle E-Business Suite
Modules:
* HRMS: Core HR, Payroll, Insurance, Medical, Taxes.
* Financial: General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for working with business users to support Oracle HRMS. Perform system analysis, design, development, and testing as per requirements.
* Interact and communicate effectively with project team members to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle enhancements.
* Perform system design, coding and implement system changes, customizations and upgrades.
* Perform Oracle HRMS module setups, configurations and layout changes to reports and UI's as required.
* Create new system functional responsibilities, menus, request groups, request sets, value sets, concurrent programs, etc.
* Create and interpret functional and technical specifications as per user requirements.
* Basic experience in supporting the Oracle Finance technical is a plus.

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum ‎2+ years of experience on Oracle R12 HRMS techno functional.
* ‎2 years experience with SQL, PL/SQL and Fast Formula.
* Strong knowledge of APIs, Interfaces, Oracle Forms and reports.
* Strong experience with XML Publisher.
Desired Skills:
* Demonstrates willingness and ability to learn and support other skills, systems, and technologies that may or may not interface with Oracle HRMS as per business needs.
* Experience writing detailed technical/Conversion Design/Technical Installation documentation.
* Experience working with oracle support to resolve oracle application bugs.
* Current knowledge of trends in IT and experience in the development of new technologies.
* Experience with change management Procedures.
* Experience with organizational data requirements and complex business rules, translating them into detailed program specifications.
* Experience with application systems development life cycle methodology.
* Experience providing assistance, advice, and guidance to project team members on relational database design concepts, application development, efficient production job design, testing concepts, and other specialties.
* Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) is a plus.

Minimum Education Level:
Bachelor Degree
