The Influencers' Marketplace Product Manager will be the principal architect,
visionary and carrier of a Suite of Marketing solutions for influencer
marketing. He/she is responsible for product planning and execution throughout
the Product Lifecycle, Creating PRDs and Business analysis, including
gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the
product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and
support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product
Manager's job also includes providing that the product supports the company's
overall strategy and goals.
Main tasks:
* Define the product strategy and roadmap
* Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
* Work with external or internal third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
* Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
* Be an expert with respect to the competition
* Act as a leader within the company
* Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
* Perform product demos to customers
* Develop sales tools and collateral
* Propose an overall budget to ensure success
* Brief and train the internal teams on product specifications and usage
* Brief press and analysts and go on press tours
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager in the Digital Marketing industry and ideally Influencer Marketing
* Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Bachelor's degree
* Marketing background, with experience in Digital Products or Software
* Excellent teamwork skills
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
