Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
* Review and understand sales developmentobjectives
* Review routing schedule, .including any off-schedulevisit
* Review previous delivery performances for scheduledcustomer (volumes sold, % returns, order fillrates,..)
* Review distribution center (DC) stock availability of top SKUs, innovationguidelines for new products and on-going promotionscampaignsReview point of sales stock levels and out of stock in order to define a suggestion
* Present suggested order to the customer, discuss objectives and adjust orderaccordingly
* Obtain bestselling position in theaccount
* Capture competitor presence and store execution whenrequested
* Ensure pricing guidelines are fullyexecuted
* Ensure orders are properlytransferredRole, Accountabilities, Measures and Skills

Required Skills:
* Ability to deal with diversebackgrounds.
•Good Analytic thinking skills to be able to identifyopportunities.•
Good communicationskills.•Strong leadershipskills
* Excellent EnglishlevelKnowledge:
* UniversityGraduate
* Basic English and intermediate local languageproficiency
* ‎1 years sales experience with a FMCG company ispreferable
* Computer literacy is a plus (MSOffice)
* Driving license ( as per local regulations in thelocation)
