Description
Job Purpose
To be responsible for sales operations and coordinate with sales support and
all concerned internal parties in accordance with Enterprise Sales - SME
business plan to achieve the assigned SME agent's target.
Report To Position Name
-Handles and organizes all daily correspondences between related SME SPOCS and concerned internal parties to ensure smooth and effective work flow. -Maintains updated daily and weekly records for customers and sales visits according to the agreed SLA to highlight sales activities and targets progress. -Act as a focal point of contact with other internal departments (Fraud, Account Management, Back Office, Corporate Collection...Etc) to secure planned work progress. -Increase SME customers ' base and explore potential business opportunities in line with department's sales objectives. -Supports related SME agent through closing profitable deals to achieve monthly targets. -Conducts daily visits with SME agents' sales teams to highlight progress in existing and new SME accounts. -Resolves and minimizes SME accounts problems to improve sales performance and realize sales objectives.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
* University Degree.
QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE
-Requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork spirit. -Ability to perform well under pressure.
EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
-Minimum 1 years of experience. -Computer skills is a must, especially MS excel and power point. -Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (Reading, Writing & Oral).
EXPERIENCE_DESIRABLE
-Requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and teamwork spirit. -Ability to perform well under pressure.
