Balance Sheet Reconciliation Manager

Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare a daily/monthly reconciliation reporting with all outstanding amounts.


• Monitor and follow up a daily control report for Accounts payable sys.


• Receive all monthly exhibits from bank's related parties are accurate with selected GL's and support them to solve pending /outstanding items.


• Monitor and follow up irregular transactions until rectified.


• Monitor and follow up suspense accounts until rectified.


• Monitor and follow up odd balances until rectified.


• Monitor and follow-up on receivables/payables that have been outstanding for unusually long periods


• Monitoring for exceptional combinations G/L's and report to concerned business unit to take the corrective action.


• Ensure control reconciliation reports for subsystems with core banking to ensure the completeness of data.


• Implement control measure to eliminate fraudulent suspense environment to mitigate financial risks on the bank.


• Support new sys. projects team to set a control GL's before implement.


• Participation to create reconciliations automation reports to reduce risks & increase efficiency.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience

Experience

• Minimum ‎5-‎10 years professional experience.


• Experience in a range of financial accounting roles Banking sector experience.
