Project Management - Supporting the Team Lead to manage projects and ensuring
the quality of all deliverables.
* Expert in Package Design - Understanding the brief and mentoring the team to deliver the expected quality.
* Project Management - Scoping the project, timelines, self quality check, iterations, as well as preparing the final print file with correct specs.
* Communication - Pro-actively connecting with requestors, team and printer over email and calls
Qualifications
* 4-5 years experience in packaging design for a CPG company. Strong preference for candidates with both, agency and client background.
* Expert knowledge of Adobe InDesign is must.
* Demonstrated understanding of relationships between agencies, brands, retailers, and vendors.
* Experience working with designers and agencies.
* Solid project management, process, and organizational skills with a heightened attention to detail.
* Previous experience managing direct reports.
* Language proficiency both in English and Arabic is a must for this role. Note that fluent English communication skills is compulsory.
* Strong track record of overseeing a range of brands and projects.
* Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
