Responsibilities:
* Process air documents through GDS, process all amendment types as well as processing refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
* Read, interpret and apply airline's agreements/Deals.
* Provide technical assistance to sales/Support representatives via chat or email.
* Process sales through back-office, received through different channels.
* Provide feedback on work processes for areas of improvement.
* Monitor progress towards achievement of plans.
* Follow up on pending cases.
* Interact with different consolidators/airline representatives.
* Execute specific tasks assigned by Leaders/Managers.
* Communicate with the airlines/suppliers to get the needed waivers if applicable.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
* Good knowledge of the Travel industry is a must.
* Different GDS's knowledge (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo) is a plus.
* Communication and Presentation skills.
