Data entry and processing of a wide range of transactions accurately and
timely for high net worth customers.
Check the basis of the transaction is correct e.g. sufficient funds or
signature verification.
Pursue and resolve issues if the basis for the transaction is unsound or
ambiguous
Ensure transaction is in line with procedures and regulations
Making sure all transaction supporting documents are relevant and complete
Execute transaction through authorisation within delegation
Complete documentation supporting execution
Making sure requests are accurately processed and executed with required
details along with all involved departments and branches
Maintain a record of checks and authorizations
Record instructions from originating division or client or source.
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience
3 years banking sector experience
Knowledge of processing systems
Knowledge of processing regulations and standards
Knowledge of legislation e.g. AML legislation
Knowledge of operations in a more complex work area such as trade finance or
treasury.
