The team you'll be part of
The candidate would be a part of MEA CNS Market Finance team and shall hold
the role of Project Performance Controller (PPC) for Market Unit North West
Africa. The team in general is responsible for overall Business & Finance
Controlling function for CNS MEA business working directly with Sales,
Delivery, Market Operations, Pre-sales, Sales Business Operations, Commercial
Management & other finance orgs. to ensure that we achieve our quarterly and
yearly business targets

What you will learn and contribute to
Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:
* Provide enhanced visibility on project financial
* Drive Financial Project Performance review, presents financial analysis to stakeholders, advise/challenge how operational project issues impact the financial
* Ensure cross-functional analysis of project parameters translating into project financials, and quality comparison vs approved/targeted results, applying best practices.
* Create insightful financial performance review presentation, to present to project/management in a structured approach.
* Drive monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing for respective area of responsibility
* As applicable, consult and challenge on appropriate project set up in the system
* Drives Balance Sheet recovery actions
* Supports project P&L and business performance monitoring, focus on Sales, SM, Inventory, vs. ASBL (Value Leakage), LoA approved SM.
* Ensures early warning for financial deviations by establishing a solid review routine with contributors and close follow up of Project Risks & Opportunities.
* Drive and/or challenge Project Financial Forecasting - with special focus on margins forecast and variance analysis.
Your skills and experience
You have:
* Business acumen / business management
* Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
* Finance qualification with more than ‎5 years of relevant experience
* Good understanding of accounting principles and processes
* Continuous Improvement mindset and an excellent team player
* Strong leadership skills in diverse environment, leading without authority
