Job summary Program Engineer - Sustainability A sustainability expert is
needed with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who will participate
in the full development cycle for sustainable building solutions, solar
projects and energy modelling. Our mission is to combine advanced analytics
and statistical modelling with investigator insight to create mechanisms to
proactively address the Net Zero Carbon goals including energy, renewable
energy, carbon emission and sustainable buildings. Main tasks include
documentation, progress follow up and problem solving. The ideal candidate
will have strong building physics background in addition to experience with
solar energy building solutions. Also needed are excellent communication
skills to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders for data gathering. Key
job responsibilities * Communicate and connect with the internal and external
stakeholders for energy data collection and analysis creating weekly reports.
Coordination of ongoing solar projects during the design, planning and
implementation phases with potential of onsite reporting and follow up.
Prepare reports on progress of the different programs and project management
plans projecting into tasks and follow up. * Lead the early investigative of
energy modelling, carbon emission, sustainable operation and effectively
influence, negotiate, and communicate with stakeholders and/or customers to
deliver results. A day in the life The candidate will be introduced to the
Sustainability goals and agreements by Amazon. Manage on going programs
through attending calls and meetings, take part in weekly reporting. Candidate
will be part of the ongoing mechanisms addressing data monitoring and analysis
by communicating with specialist teams gathering data and building up reports.
About the team The roles is part of Ops Construction, our team is responsible
for design and construction for amazon buildings in the Mena Region.
Sustainability is playing as a key role as it takes part staring from the
design phase, construction process, projects delivery and operation. The team
all works together to meet and raise the bar through committing to missions

1. Environmental studies back ground, familiar with LEED and equivalent green
building certification. 2. Good Knowledge about renewable energy solutions,
solar energy in focus with experience on project management follow up. 3.
Prepare reports, document data and data analysis. 4. Project management
background. 5. Ready to learn, and dive deep contributing to the team goals.
