KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage and maintain the Microsoft services infrastructure (Active Directory,
DNS, WSUS,...).
Administer and support Virtualization (Citrix Xen App, VMware) environments.
Administer Servers (Install, Configure, and maintain) various types of
hardware and software.
Implement and administrate endpoints applications (Antivirus solutions, Patch
management, security services) for all systems.
Configure and maintain proxy servers for securing internet access.
Ensure applying security measures and controls of all IT systems.
Monitor system performance, capacity and availability, and make
recommendations for improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the systems under your
care.
Stay current with new technology and security developments, and make
recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
Remediate O.S, infrastructure services vulnerabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
B.Sc of Engineering, Computer Science or BA of accounting.
Good command of English and Arabic Spoken and Written.
0-2 years of relevant professional work experience.
Adequate knowledge of the IT services, technology and organization.
